Organizers have annouced that the event, which will be held at the Fairmont Manoir Le Richelieu at La Malbaie, is sold out. Have you signed up to Hackfest yet? The event which will be held November 5th and 6th at Quebec’s Classique Hotel promises this year to be “Harder, Better, Longer, Stronger”. And organizers seem to be doing good on that promise; this year’s edition will be held over 2 days rather than one and more lecturers have been booked than ever before. Are you familiar with the RAID and VizSec tradeshows? RAID means Recent Advances in Intrusion Detection and VizSec is short for Visualization for Cyber Security! these radeshows have something in common; they will both be held as a single event from September 15 to 17, 2010 in Ottawa.
